From the 13th to the 19th of March 2023 in Hotel Alanda a beautifully located 5 star hotel in Marbella. We offer a unique combination of mindfulness, activities in nature, live music, dance, picnic on the beach, art workshops, tea ceremony, visit to the Buddhist temple and also a massage or private coaching if you wish are part of this experience created by SoulTravel.
Nature
We take advantage of the closeness of the sea and mountains to do some activities in nature, enjoy a picnic with the purpose of connecting to the essencial.

Dancing has been proven very succesfull against anxiety and depression. After our Soul Dance session you will feel a deep inner bliss and connection with yourself
Visit to Europe´s largest buddist temple
In our visit to this beautiful temple you will learn about achieving and maintaining inner peace.

Location
Alanda Marbella is a 5 star Hotel in the Golden Mile. It is focused on relaxation, luxury and has a family friendly environment. It’s fully renovated and it’s just five minutes away from the beach. Comfortable and beautiful rooms, a big pool, gym and the fabulous and conscious restaurant: “Manuka”.

As wellness facilities, the Alanda Hotel offers a beautiful pool and a gym and in our programm we reserved some time for you to enjoy different types of massages or coaching session.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2023
BOOKINGS
We do not regard submission of an enquiry form as confirmation of booking. You should first call or email us to ensure that your requirements can be met and to check availability.
Some of our retreats need a minimum number of participants. When the minimum number is reached we proceed to booking confirmation.
Full confirmation of booking is made by us in writing by email. In making a booking with us you are understood to have accepted our terms and conditions.
PRICES
All prices are per person in euros and unless otherwise stated the prices include taxes. The services sold are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice.
RESERVATION & REST PAYMENT
Your reservation is confirmed by email and when you have paid the deposit of 50%. The rest payment should be paid 7 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: 95% refund of deposit
Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit
Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival; no refund of deposit only rest payment.
RIGHTS
Soultravel reserves the right to make changes in the programm/ activities , teachers or team members. Soultravel reserves the right to remove a participant from the retreat if their behavior is disruptive, no refunds.
IN CASE WE MUST CANCEL
In case we must cancel, you will receive a 100% refund. However SoulTravel is not responsible for your expenses incurred in your preparation for the retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work and other costs associated with the preparation for your retreat.
PHONE USE
This retreat is meant to invest in your personal wellbeing. Phones during practices/yoga/meditation are not allowed. Please respect the privacy of other guests and do not photograph any other guests unless they have given consent.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any special request regarding room or diet, please let us know at the time of your booking. Special requests always need to be written by email. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that these requests are fulfilled, they cannot be guaranteed.
